Claims
You can file a claim by contacting (888) 992-3306 or clicking on File a Claim in your Covercube app.
An insurance adjuster will contact you within 24 hours of your claim being submitted. The entire claims process will depend on the complexity of the claim.
Once a claim settlement is determined, you can receive a check or an electronic payment into your bank account.
Insurance and payments
You will be notified in the app when it’s time to renew your insurance. If you don’t have automatic renewal set up, follow the steps in the app to ensure you have coverage for the following month.
Covercube offers electronic funds transfer from your checking account or recurring credit card payment from your credit/debit card. You can sign up for these payment plans when you start your policy or any time during your policy term by logging into covercube.com.
You will have 15 days from the expiration date to make a payment and continue your policy with Covercube with a lapse in coverage.
The app will track your scores and provide a rate based on your driving habits. You will get the first monthly rate that is based on your driving after your first six-month period. Your rate will then change on a monthly basis based on your score and driving habits. You will receive updates after each trip advising you of your potential savings or if you need to improve your driving score to earn a discount.
Yes, you can switch your insurance any time. Most insurance companies do not have an early termination penalty, but you will need to inquire with your current insurance carrier.
Contact your insurance agency to terminate your insurance.
Yes, you must advise your agent that your vehicle is used for a ridesharing company and they will apply the ridesharing endorsement to your policy.
Your policy begins on the date and time when you electronically sign the application and make the down payment on your policy.
Yes, Covercube accepts drivers who are licensed in other countries.
